Hoss has been honest and trustworthy from the beginning and followed through with building a high-quality home to the highest standards. He went above and beyond the closing date by helping locally with last minute change requests while we were out of state preparing for the move. Since we moved in, Hoss and Neek have been available to consult as needed when we had questions about landscaping or small projects around the house. We're very grateful to have found Serene Custom Homes. Both Hoss and Neek have made us feel like family.

“We purchased a beautiful home from Serene Custom Homes in May 2016. The home is loaded with many standard upgrades to include solid wood floors, granite counter tops throughout to include the niches, rounded corners, and spectacular lighting features in the living/dining and hallways. The additional large 4th bedroom upstairs was a requirement for our family. We transformed the large space into a game room for our 3 kids and they love it.

We had an exceptional experience with Hoss personally during the decision and buying process. He was patient with our many requests to view the home and always responsive to our needs and questions. After closing he was generous enough to provide all extra paint, tile, warranties for all appliances and a contact list of all vendors/subs that we may need to contact if something were to be serviced. So handy!

The wonderful customer service did not end after the purchase of the home. Hoss has been more than willing to help us with small repairs around the house. He is a family man who understands that these things “pop up” with 3 small children. We are so grateful for his help.

“Our building experience with Serene Homes was quite exceptional. We saw a well-thought-out and open floor plan under construction at the framing stage.

The pricing of the home included high-end features such as: granite kitchen counter-tops, 42” high alder wood cabinets, rounded corners, imported wrought iron entry doors, and designer lighting and plumbing packages.

Serene Home’s team was always responsive to our questions and requests. We asked for a few changes after the contract and prices were usually available the same day. Our home was closely supervised and suppliers (tile, carpet, plumbing, hardware, and lighting) were extremely helpful with selections.

We highly recommend Serene Homes as a builder. They are professional, efficient, consistently onsite, and straight forward. The Serene Homes team follows up and follows through. We are very happy and confident about our beautiful new home. They actually did what they said they would do. They built a home that, in the end, was customized just for us.”
